Having grown up with C21 real estate brokers and owners for parents I have found many of the realtors I have used in my adult life disappointing . Not the case with Dorothy Gerber! She has the solid fund of knowledge of the area , pricing AND negotiation experience, and professionalism I expect from a realtor. She is very thorough and assisted with all questions I had on property or found resources for me to contact. She was available as needed by phone and text and had excellent follow up and follow through all the way to closing time and after . She is an excellent realtor She was able to sell our condo in a very weak market. She did everything she could to make it sell at the highest price. She would always check on the condo before a showing to make sure it looked good. We were ready to take it off the market but she persuaded us to keep it on a little longer and she was able to get it sold. Even after it was sold and before closing she took care of some items we could not find. Saved us a lot of peace of mind especially being out of state owners
